Photographer's Registry is owned and operated by Photographer's Registry, as part of the Customer Street group ("Customer Street"). Customer Street is a UK based company and so all legal issues related to this agreement shall be construed and determined by UK law and legal system and full jurisdiction is given to the UK courts.
By accessing this site you ("user") accept and agree to be bound to these terms of use ("terms"), if you do not fully accept to be bound by these terms please do not use the website. These terms may be modified at any time by Customer Street at any time; users are bound by this modification as soon as they return to Photographer's Registry so please check these terms periodically.
Photographer's Registry is a service mark of Customer Street. All contents of this website are owned by Customer Street including but not limited to text, graphics and logos are protected by copyright law unless otherwise stated. Company names, logos and websites are copyright their respective owners. Photographer's Registry contains licensed data from BT.
Permitted Use
The user is permitted to view Photographer's Registry purely for personal, non-commercial use. Each user is permitted to submit up to 50 manual searches per day, users are not permitted to use automated query tools upon the search or any other part of Photographer's Registry. Data saved from Photographer's Registry may not be modified, reproduced, re-displayed other than printed directly from Photographer's Registry or distributed in any way. All material saved from Photographer's Registry must be destroyed upon breach of any of the terms laid out by this document.
Data from Photographer's Registry may not be used expressly for Telesales, Mailshots or any other commercial use without express permission in writing from Photographer's Registry. Photographer's Registry data is seeded to enable Photographer's Registry to identify persons or corporate bodies who misuse the data and Photographer's Registry will take immediate action for financial reparations in such cases. YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED NOT TO USE THE Photographer's Registry DATA FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN PERSONAL USE.
Data from Photographer's Registry may not be used in such a way as to bring Photographer's Registry, Customer Street or any of it's subsidiaries into disrepute.
None of the data obtained from Photographer's Registry may be considered "under licence" or to have conferred intellectual property rights to any part of Photographer's Registry or Customer Street.
Photographer's Registry reserves the right to block access to the data at its discretion. Photographer's Registry may also modify or remove any user submitted data that Photographer's Registry believes infringes on copyright or any other law, UK or otherwise.
Users are responsible for all data posted on Photographer's Registry by themselves or anyone utilising their access details. Users are responsible for the security of their account details and passwords. Users shall not post data that may be considered illegal, improper, indecent or inaccurate (at time of posting), nor shall users post data that contravenes the British Code of Advertising Practice and all other codes by the British Advertisings Standards Authority. Users will not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or abuse the rights of any individual, company or body nor commit or encourage a criminal offence. Users must not post data containing viruses or any other form of malicious code to Photographer's Registry that may cause harm to a user or their property. Users must not impersonate any other individual or entity. Users must not restrict or inhibit the use of Photographer's Registry by any other user.
Provision of Advice
Photographer's Registry does not vouch for the companies for which it provides listings, nor does Photographer's Registry recommend the quality or suitability of any product or service within our data. We recommend that each user is satisfied regarding the nature of any goods or services found using Photographer's Registry before purchase, we also recommend that professional advice is sought where possible.
Photographer's Registry may make available financial information; this is for informative purposes only and may not be considered qualified financial advice nor be used as the basis for investment.

By agreeing to these terms the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Photographer's Registry, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions or demands without limitation. This indemnity shall survive termination of the agreement to these terms.
Termination
Photographer's Registry may terminate access to the website or any part of these terms for any reason at any time without prior notice.
Users may terminate the agreement at any time, all material collected from Photographer's Registry must then be destroyed. Please note that returning to Photographer's Registry constitutes an agreement to these terms.
